Ford Pro, a section of Ford’s company that makes services for commercial fleet customers, has launched a comprehensive solution for commercial EV charging. The innovative Ford Pro Charging program will help reduce the severity of the complex transition from ICE to EV fleets with software and commercial hardware infrastructure offered to support charging and energy management needs.

Ford Motor Company and Ford Motor Company Fund, the company’s philanthropic division, are launching a fresh food delivery pilot in Southwest Detroit this holiday season. This program will be yet another stage in Ford’s recent testing of autonomous vehicles. This six-month project is projected to deliver up to 10,000 pounds of fresh food directly to senior citizens in the Southwest Detroit area whose mobility challenges limit their access to food.

If you’re in the market for a Ford Bronco, but want the greatest off-road capability available in the series, you’ll shortly be able to own a limited-edition V8 Bronco. Ford recently released the new and rugged Bronco DR, based on a 2022 Bronco four-door design with unique body and chassis adjustments for high-speed desert racing. It also includes a Coyote 5.0-liter V8 engine that churns out over 400-hp for earth-shaking power.


Ford has been making big strides recently in the process of making electric cars more accessible to Americans with releases of all-electric vehicles such as the F-150 Lightning, the Mustang Mach-E, and the E-Transit. This week, Ford announced another important development– a partnership with Redwood Materials to begin a battery recycling operation. This will be a huge component of Ford’s plan to produce electric vehicles at scale in the United States.

It’s been a full decade since the Ford Motor Company discontinued its full-compact iteration of the Ford Ranger. Since then, the Blue Oval brand has revived the Ranger nameplate as a successful mid-size pickup model.
In addition, it appears that the Ford Motor Company is ready to jump back into the compact pickup game once again, as the upcoming 2022 Ford Maverick, a fully hybrid compact truck, was just revealed earlier this month.
Last year, the Ford Motor Company officially filed a trademark for the name “Warthog,” which multiple trusted sources later determined was associated with an upcoming Bronco variant.
This was confirmed just one month later, when Ford Authority spied a carefully covered 2023 Bronco Warthog prototype. Now, Ford Authority has spotted an official Bronco Warthog, and believe it or not — it looks like it will include a hybrid model!
