FordPass Rewards comes with three membership tiers - Bronze, Silver and Blue. Each tier comes with exclusive member benefits, like eligibility for complimentary Pickup & Delivery services for Silver and Blue level members.
You can reach new Tier levels by collecting milestones in the FordPass app, and reaching higher tiers unlocks elevated benefits. This includes 50 milestones for buying or leasing a new Ford, or 25 milestones for bringing your vehicle to a dealership for service.
Pickup And Delivery
Ford continues to provide Pickup & Delivery services across the United States. Pickup & Delivery services are available to all FordPass Rewards members, and using them is simple: customers just call their local Ford dealer to make an appointment and then request an at-home or at-work pickup. Members receive updates via phone, text, or e-mail to stay informed about the status of their vehicle before it is expertly delivered back on the same day, or as soon as service can be completed.
