The F-150 Lightning all-electric pickup truck has been filling up its trophy case with impressive awards and recognitions since it first hit the market, and now it has added yet another prestigious win. The Ford F-150 Lightning is the North American Truck of the Year for 2023. This marks the third consecutive win of this award for Ford and the fifth time that a Ford vehicle has won in the past three years.

The F-150 Lightning has become the best-selling electric truck in the country since it was launched in May of last year, selling 15,617 trucks so far. The success of the F-150 Lightning has been crucial in helping Ford become the No. 2 EV automaker in the U.S. last year.
